A Message To Alliance Members
To Our Ultimate Alliance Members,
As we all continue to endure through these uncertain and challenging times, nothing is more important than the health and safety of our members. It is our goal to always support the artist community and the industry that we love so deeply and that is more important now than it has ever been.
For the months of May and June, Ultimate Alliance membership fees will be suspended. We will continue to honor your Alliance Member Discount, at no charge but there will be no Alliance boxes being shipped during this period.
You will receive your April Alliance box towards the end of the month, but it will not include the usual, custom t-shirt. Your box will include your regular inks, new product samples, promotional items and hand sanitizer to help keep you and your family safe.
We are committed and remain focused on providing you with the service and support that you have come to expect from us. Should you have any issues or challenges with you membership during this time, please contact us. We are experiencing higher than normal call volumes right now, so we would greatly appreciate your patience as we are working diligently to assist all of our members.
Also, if you signed up for your membership through PayPal, please be aware we will be phasing out the use of this for Alliance payments. We ask that Alliance members who originally signed up via PayPal to enroll again once we are ready to begin accepting payments.
