For a top-notch performance, use the included Darklab wall adapter and USB-C cable. Make sure your battery pack's female USB-C ports match up with the dock charger's male ports for a perfect fit. When removing the battery pack, lift it straight up to avoid any connector damage, and steer clear of shaking it side-to-side. Keep it simple and power up hassle-free.
