General

No license required. But we build our gear for pros—artists, piercers, and PMU specialists who know their tools. If that’s you (or you’re in training), you’re in the right place.

Maybe! If your order hasn’t been printed yet, give us a call at (410) 712-0145 ASAP. Once it’s been processed, it’s locked in, but you can still return most items once your order arrives.

SHIPPING

Log in, go to “My Orders,” and click your order number for tracking info.

USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and local delivery. You’ll see all your shipping options at checkout based on where you’relocated.

Yep! Choose “Pick Up” at checkout. We’ll email you when it’s ready at our Hanover, MD warehouse.

We ship most in-stock orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery depends on the method you choose.

Hit us up (e.g., an email or phone number). We’ll help work it out with the carrier.

We do. Just know once your package hits the forwarder, we’re not responsible for what happens next. We highly recommend having them inspect your order on arrival. Any damage or issues after that point will need to be handled directly with them. We’ll make sure your gear is packed tight and shipped fast on our end.

RETURNS + WARRANTY

Unopened, unused gear in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days with a few exceptions.

 Not returnable: 

  • Closeouts 
  • Tattoo machines 
  • Power supplies/batteries 
  • Printers 
  • Thermal machines 

Request a Return Authorization (RA) by contacting us through our Return and Refund Requests form or by emailing Orders@UltimateTattooSupply.com. Please include your order number, photos, and a brief explanation. Once approved, ship the item back with your RA included.

Email Orders@UltimateTattooSupply.com. We’ll walk you through it. Final approval comes from the manufacturer.
