Maybe! If your order hasn’t been printed yet, give us a call at (410) 712-0145 ASAP. Once it’s been processed, it’s locked in, but you can still return most items once your order arrives.
Once your order is processing, it’s locked in. Need to update your shipping address? Call us immediately and we’ll do our best to make the update before shipping.
We do. Just know once your package hits the forwarder, we’re not responsible for what happens next. We highly recommend having them inspect your order on arrival. Any damage or issues after that point will need to be handled directly with them. We’ll make sure your gear is packed tight and shipped fast on our end.
Request a Return Authorization (RA) by contacting us here or emailing Orders@UltimateTattooSupply.com. Send us your order number, photos, and a quick explanation. Once approved, ship it back with your RA.
