Eligibility Open to permanent legal United States residents of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, and any other U.S. possession or territory) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry ("Entrant"). 

 Officers, directors, managers, and employees of Painful Pleasures, LLC, Body Art Alliance, Ultimate Tattoo Supply, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such person are not eligible to participate.

Promotion Period The UTS Artist Appreciation Giveaway ("Giveaway") begins on June 5, 2026 and ends on June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time ("Promotion Period").

Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

How to Enter During the Promotion Period, Entrants will automatically receive one (1) entry for each qualifying order of $100 USD or more (excluding taxes, shipping charges, gift cards, and discounts) placed through Ultimate Tattoo Supply.

Qualifying orders must meet the minimum purchase requirement after discounts and before taxes and shipping charges.

 Each qualifying order of $100 USD or more receives one (1) entry, subject to the entry limit below.

There is a limit of five (5) total entries per Entrant during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry. 

To enter without making a purchase, during the Promotion Period, hand-print your complete name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to the Sponsor Contact address listed below, with "UTS Artist Appreciation Giveaway" noted on the envelope. Each valid mail-in alternate method of entry submission will receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway. Mail-in alternate method of entry submissions must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received by Sponsor no later than July 7, 2026. Limit one (1) entry per envelope. Mechanical reproductions, bulk submissions, and incomplete, illegible, postage-due, late, lost, misdirected, or undeliverable submissions are void. Mail-in alternate method of entry submissions are subject to the same entry limit and have the same odds of winning as purchase-based entries. Limit five (5) total entries per Entrant during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry. Orders that are cancelled, refunded, returned, fraudulent, or otherwise deemed ineligible by Sponsor will not qualify for entry. 

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility of all entries.

Prizes Three (3) winners will be selected.

Grand Prize (1 Winner) $3,000 Ultimate Tattoo Supply Store Credit

Runner-Up Prizes (2 Winners) $750 Ultimate Tattoo Supply Store Credit each

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes combined: $4,500 USD.

Store credit is non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and may only be used for purchases made through Ultimate Tattoo Supply.

No substitution will be made except at Sponsor's sole discretion. 

Prizes are taxable as income and winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.

Winner Selection & Notification On or about July 10, 2026, three (3) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. 

The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative. 

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 

Potential winners will be notified using the email address and/or telephone number associated with the qualifying order. 

If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days, declines the prize, or is found to be ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner. 

Potential winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release where permitted by law, and any tax or other documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor within the time period specified in the notification. If a potential winner fails to timely complete and return any required documentation, cannot be verified, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Release By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Ultimate Tattoo Supply, Body Art Alliance, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, advertising agencies, promotion partners, successors, and assigns from any liability, claims, damages, losses, or causes of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt, redemption, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

Publicity and Marketing Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, hometown, and state for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without further payment or consideration.

General Conditions By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.

All advertising and promotional materials for the Giveaway are subject to these Official Rules. In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and any advertising, promotional, checkout, email, or other marketing materials, these Official Rules will govern. Marketing materials will not state or imply that a purchase is required to enter or win or that a purchase increases the odds of winning.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.

Limitations of Liability  Sponsor and its affiliates shall not be responsible for technical failures, unauthorized intervention, human error, lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, or undeliverable entries, incomplete transactions, email filtering or delivery issues, website or platform downtime, or any other circumstances that may affect participation in the Giveaway. 

Governing Law; Disputes. This Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to the Giveaway or these Official Rules must be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class or representative action, in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and each Entrant consents to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Privacy Information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used in accordance with Sponsor's applicable privacy policies for administration of the Giveaway, winner notification, prize fulfillment, fraud prevention, and, where an Entrant has separately consented, marketing communications. No marketing consent is required to enter or win.
