Official Rules


Eligibility

This giveaway is open to all tattoo artists and body art professionals (18 years of age or older, residents of the continental United States only). Distributors are excluded from participation. No purchase necessary to enter or win.


Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Ultimate Tattoo Supply, Inc., 7410 Coca Cola Drive, Unit 107, Hanover, MD 21076 (“Sponsor”).


Timing

The UTS App Launch Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) begins on 3/3/25 at 10am EST / 7am PST and ends on 3/16/25 at 11:59pm EST / 9:59pm PST (“Promotion Period”).


How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, entrants must download the UTS app and sign up to receive 15% off their first in-app purchase and an entry into the giveaway.


Limit

Each qualifying app sign-up counts as one (1) entry. Participants may only enter once during the Promotion Period.


Winner Selection

On 3/17/25 at 10am EST / 7am PST, the Sponsor will randomly select one (1) Grand Prize Winner from the list provided by the eCommerce team. The winner will be contacted via the email associated with their UTS app account.

Release

By accepting any prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless Ultimate Tattoo Supply, Inc., its affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers from any claims or damages arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize.


Publicity

Except where prohibited, entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes consent to PainfulPleasures’ use of the winner’s name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.


General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other issues compromise the integrity of the giveaway. Any individual found tampering with the entry process may be disqualified. Winners must respond within one (1) year of notification to claim their prize.


Limitations of Liability

The Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete entry information
  • Technical malfunctions or network failures
  • Lost, late, misdirected, or damaged entries
  • Unauthorized human intervention in the giveaway
  • Any injury or damage resulting from participation


Disputes

Entrants agree that any disputes shall be resolved individually in the United States District Court or appropriate Maryland State Court in Howard County under Maryland law.


Use of Data

By entering, entrants agree to Ultimate Tattoo Supply's Privacy Policy (https://ultimatetattoosupply.com/pages/privacy-policy) and consent to receive future marketing communications. Sponsor will not sell or rent entrant information.
